- On the day of your class, please arrive 15 -20 minutes earlier.
- We will provide you a full gear.
- Classes will last 1 hour.
- You’ll learn basic concepts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Relax and enjoy! It is not a competition, we are a school, and our mission is to teach you everything regarding Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
- After class, our program director will present you with our membership options.
